Like us humans, plants need the support of beneficial organisms, 'Probiotics' for your soil, that can restore healthy growing conditions. However, the effectiveness of biological inoculants is all about diversity, soils need to contain a broad range of beneficial organisms (fungi, bacteria, protozoa beneficial nematodes etc). Without diversity many narrowly based ‘bio-products’ which may show promise in laboratory testing, fail under competition in the real world. Maximising the benefits from soil biology takes more than just introducing a good mix of beneficial species. Once introduced we need to stimulate, encourage, and manipulate them. To achieve this, we have developed a range of support products to help build a diverse and beneficial population of soil microbes, which will vary depending on the particular plant and application we are working with. We have also developed a range of products which assist in many areas of soil and plant health, by building Cation exchange, solubilising ‘tied-up’ nutrients, stimulating root growth and recovery, and generally building a stronger soils and plants.
