Biological Inoculants
Like us, plants need the support of beneficial organisms, 'Probiotics' for your soil, that can restore healthy growing conditions. The effectiveness of biological inoculants is all about diversity, soils need to contain a broad range of beneficial organisms (fungi, bacteria, protozoa beneficial nematodes etc). Without diversity many narrowly based ‘bio – products’ which may show promise in laboratory testing, fail under the competition of the field. Bio Foods & Plant Stimulants Maximising the benefits from soil biology takes more than just introducing a good mix of beneficial species. Once introduced we need to stimulate, encourage and manipulate them. To achieve this, we have developed a range of products to help build and support a diverse and beneficial population of soil microbes (which will vary depending on the particular plant we are working with). We have also developed a range of products which assist in many areas of soil and plant health, by building Cation exchange, solubilising ‘tied-up’ nutrients, stimulating root growth and recovery and generally building a stronger soil and plants. |
![]() Nutrients & Trace Elements
Our approach to nutrition is based on maximising plant health and efficiency by making the right materials available for healthy and sustained growth. Many of the products in our specialised nutrient range are chelated and buffered using organic acids and are based on ‘food grade’ minerals. This approach has been designed to increase the efficiency in which plants can utilise nutrients, but also to minimise any potential to stress the plant or the soil eco-system. Pest & Disease Suppression & Plant Health
We can’t always wait for biological improvements to build to sufficient numbers and strength to provide resistance against pest and disease. In these instances, we need to provide genuine deterring power, but at the same time minimising the injury to non-target and beneficial organisms. To achieve this, we have developed a range of specialty products which can help deal with issues such as deterring insects and disease, salinity remediation and others. |
